Contact HRD Software for Sales and Tech Support for Ham Radio Deluxe

There are Several Support Options for Ham Radio Deluxe Clients

At HRD Software, we assist all customers on a first-come first-served basis - regardless if by phone, email, online ticket, social media, or voicemail. For this reason, the support queue would have to be completely empty for an agent to answer your call. Here are the methods available to obtain support.

  • First and foremost, the answers to the majority of questions can be found by visiting https://Support.HamRadioDeluxe.com and searching for a keyword or phrase. More than 80% of the requests that come to our support teams, or posted on Facebook, can be easily found this way.
  • Create a support request on our online support system at https://Support.HamRadioDeluxe.com.
    • Login using the email address associated with your purchase(s).
    • Once this is done, you will have a place in the support queue and you will receive an email confirmation with a reference number to track your request.
  • Email us via support@hrdsoftwarellc.com (for technical support) or sales@hrdsoftwarellc.com (for sales support).
    • If you have purchased from us before, it's important that you email us from the email address associated with your purchase(s). Please include your name, callsign, phone number, and a brief description of your support request. Your email will be received into the appropriate queue in the support system and a support request will be created automatically.
    • Once this is done, you will have a place in the support queue and you will receive an email confirmation with a reference number to track your request.
  • Call us at the numbers referenced below and select either Technical Support or Sales.
    • If we do not answer the phone, please leave a voicemail message and include your name, callsign, phone number, and a brief description of your support request. Your voicemail message will be received into the appropriate queue in the support system and a support request will be created automatically.
      • (Note: Even if you don't leave a voicemail message, and if your phone number is in our systems... a support request will automatically created in the support system and you will automatically receive an email letting you know we missed your call and offering assistance.)
    • Once this is done, you will have a place in the support queue and you will receive an email confirmation with a reference number to track your request.

For all these contact methods, it's very likely you will initially receive an email response that either has the answer to your question or either (a) asks for some additional information or (b) asks to schedule time with you when it's convenient for us to call you back. If the staff member believes they have answered your question, they will close the service request at the same time they provide the answer. If this doesn't answer or satisfy the request - no problem. A reply to that service request will automatically reopen the support request and you do not lose your place in queue.

With all of these methods generating support requests into one central system, you can login to that system at any time to view your support requests and our responses to them.

Software Activation Keys:

If you are a customer and need your software activation key, please try this before contacting the support team. It will save you time. Go to https://keyretrieval.hamradiodeluxe.com and use the email address associated with your purchase to retrieve your key and have it emailed to you. In the unlikely event that your key is not found, then contact the sales team at sales@hrdsoftwarellc.com and they will get one generated for you and send it back to you via email. When you get your key, please copy (Ctrl-C) the key from the email and paste (Ctrl-V) it into the software. (The system doesn't generate invalid keys. If you get an error, it wasn't entered correctly.)
